What changes

A site you’re glad to hand someone, and a calendar that fills.

The one that matters

Appointments arrive overnight.

Every route into your practice ends at the same calendar. The people browsing at midnight book at midnight, instead of meaning to call and never calling.

  • 11:42 pmBooked
  • 6:15 amBooked
  • SundayBooked
  • The hours your front desk isn’t there.
  1. Nobody leaves confused

Every page asks for one thing, so a first-time patient always knows what to do next. They don’t stall, and they don’t go back to searching.

  2. You stop wondering

Every route to booking is walked on real phones before launch, so you never again wonder whether the thing quietly stopped working.

  3. Nothing you rely on moves

Your booking system, your calendar and your patient records stay exactly where they are. Nothing to learn, nothing to migrate, no week of chaos.

  4. It sounds like you

The words come from what you already tell patients every week. You’ll read your site and recognise your own voice, not agency language.

  5. It looks like your practice

Your rooms, your work, your people. Never a stranger in a stock photo standing in a room that isn’t yours.

How it feels

Three weeks from now, this is behind you.

Your current site keeps earning the whole way, and nothing changes over until you have clicked through the new one yourself and liked it.

  1. Week one

You find out what you’ve been losing

Every place a patient can get stuck is written down and shown to you. One conversation from you, not a questionnaire, and then the work is ours.

  2. Week two

You see it before anyone else

At a private address only the two of us can see. You read it, change anything that isn’t how you’d say it, and watch it come together.

  3. Week three

You send the link to someone

It goes live when you say so, tested and working on real phones. Then you send the link to a friend, because you actually want them to see it.

Straight answer

A build isn’t right for everyone, and we’ll tell you.

Worth it if

  • Your site looks dated next to the work you actually do.

  • You hesitate before sending someone the link.

  • Patients still call to ask things the site should answer.

  • Nobody has touched it since whoever built it left.

Don’t bother if

  • You like your site and only the booking is broken. That’s a $750 fix, not a build.

  • You want someone to run ads and post for you. We don’t do that.

  • You need it live next week. Three weeks is three weeks.

  • Your booking path is already clean. Then you don’t need us at all.

Questions

About the build specifically.

Do I have to replace my booking system?
No. Boulevard, Zenoti, Mindbody, Vagaro, Aesthetic Record — whatever you’re on stays. We work on everything that comes before it: the buttons, the links, and the path a first-time patient takes to reach it. Your calendar and your patient data are untouched.
Will my site go down while you build?
No. New sites are built at a separate web address that only the two of us can see. Your current site keeps running until you’ve clicked through the new one yourself and told us to switch it.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. We write it and you edit it. Most of what’s needed already exists — on your current site, in your intake paperwork, in the answers you give patients ten times a week. What’s missing gets asked for in one conversation, not a questionnaire.
Will you use stock photos of models?
No. If you have photography, it gets used. If you don’t, the site is built to work without it rather than filled with pictures of someone else’s practice.
What if I only need the booking path fixed?
Then that’s what we’ll tell you on the call. A booking-path fix starts at $750, takes about five business days, and leaves your design exactly as it is. A build is for practices whose site needs more than a repair.
What happens to the site if I leave?
It stays yours, whole. The web address, the hosting, the code and the visitor statistics were put in your name on day one, so leaving is just deciding to — there’s no export to request, no buyout, and nothing to hand back.

You’ll see exactly where patients are giving up on your site. If a build isn’t what you need, we’ll say so.
