I’d rather fix what the data shows.

I’m Evan Winter, and I run Winter Growth Systems. My background is in commercial and business analytics — years of working with data, market intelligence and AI-driven workflows, before turning that toolkit toward local businesses. I started WGS because med spas and aesthetics practices in the Carolinas consistently have great in-person operations undermined by broken digital front doors.

I’m a South Carolina native with roots in Charleston and Columbia, and I work from just outside Columbia today. The through line is the same one that made the analytics work interesting: I’d rather fix what the data actually shows than sell what sounds good.

What I do, and who for

Med spas and aesthetics practices, in the Carolinas.

Most of the work is in the Charlotte area and across the Carolinas. It is one person, so it is a small number of practices at a time — I do the audit, I do the work, and I’m the person you email when something breaks.

Booking-path repairFrom $750flat, paid on completion
I walk the path a patient takes to book on your site, find where it breaks, and repair that part. Your design stays exactly as it is.
Website design and buildsFrom $1,500half to start, half at launch
A site built around the booking rather than around the photographs, delivered in about three weeks. You own the domain, the hosting, the code and every account from day one.
AI assistants and automations$99 a monthfirst month $299, includes setup
An assistant that answers what your front desk answers, on the nights and weekends nobody is at the desk, and moves the conversation toward a booking.
Search and answer-engine work
Getting the practice found, and getting it quoted correctly when somebody asks an assistant rather than a search box. Scoped against what the audit finds, so it is quoted per practice rather than sold as a package.
How I work

We’ll look before we talk.

Nobody should have to take a stranger’s word for what is wrong with their own website. So the looking happens before the conversation, and the findings arrive in writing where you can check every one of them yourself.

  1. 01

I look first. Before any call, I walk your booking path the way a patient does — the menu, the buttons, the service pages, the tap-to-call number, and the calendar they all lead to. That happens whether or not you ever reply.

  2. 02

You get the written report. It lists what the audit flagged, where, and what it costs you in bookings. You keep the written report either way — including the audits that flag nothing, which do happen and which I would rather tell you about than invent work.

  3. 03

Then we talk, if there is anything to talk about. No presentation, no deck. We go through what the audit flagged and you decide whether you want it repaired. If the answer is a booking system rather than a website, I will say so.

Want me to walk yours? Free.

I’ll check your booking path the way a patient does and send you the written report. If nothing is wrong with it, that is what the report will say.

Thirty minutes. I'll show you what I found on your site, and you keep the written report either way.
