AI chatbot

Your front desk,awake at midnight.

Someone finds you at eleven at night, gets every question answered, and books. You were asleep, and the practice was closed.

Thirty minutes. I'll show you what I found on your site, and you keep the written report either way.

Talk to one

Claire is right here. Ask her something.

The assistant is live. Work through the list and see how far you get.

Med spa assistant

This is the assistant we build for med spas, answering as Lumière.

Four things to try. Watch how each one ends.

  1. Ask what something costs.

A price question your front desk fields ten times a week. Notice you get a number, not a form to fill in.

  2. Ask whether it is safe with a medication.

The one nobody should answer but a doctor. Watch it refuse and hand the question over.

  3. Ask something only a local would.

Where to park, whether you can come on a lunch break. It knows the practice, not just the treatments.

  4. Try to book the worst possible time.

Sunday at midnight. See where it takes you anyway.

Every one of those points to a calendar.

What changes

Your evenings back, and a fuller Monday.

The one that matters

Nobody waits until Monday.

People decide on your practice in the evening, on a phone, in bed. A question that goes unanswered until Monday is a question someone else answers first.

  • “How much is...”Answered
  • “Are you open...”Answered
  • “Is it safe with...”Sent to you
  • It knows the difference.
  1. Fewer interruptions in the room

The calls that pull someone away mid-treatment stop coming, because those answers are already waiting on the site.

  2. Curiosity becomes appointments

The people who would have thought about it and forgotten are on your calendar before they close the tab.

  3. You keep the reins

Nothing goes out that you haven’t approved, and every morning you can read exactly what it did for you overnight.

  4. Patients feel looked after

It answers the way you would, so a first visit starts with somebody already feeling taken care of rather than ignored.

Where the line is

It is built to know what it isn’t.

It will

  • Say what you offer, what it costs, and how long it takes.

  • Explain what to do before and after a treatment.

  • Give hours, location and parking without anyone calling.

  • Walk somebody to a time on your calendar.

  • Hand anything outside that straight to you.

It will not

  • Give medical advice, or discuss anyone’s condition.

  • Diagnose anything, or suggest what someone needs.

  • Collect health information from anybody.

  • Say anything you haven’t approved first.

  • Replace your front desk. It covers the hours they don’t.

Questions

About the chatbot specifically.

What does the chatbot actually do?
It answers what your front desk answers — what you offer, what it costs, what to do before and after a treatment, hours, location, parking — and then it moves the conversation toward booking. Mostly it works at night and on weekends, which is when people are actually browsing.
Can it give medical advice?
No, and it’s built not to. It doesn’t discuss anyone’s condition, it doesn’t diagnose, and it doesn’t collect health information. Anything outside general practice information gets handed to you. You approve everything it’s allowed to say before it goes live, and you can read every conversation it has.
Do I need a new website first?
No. It works with the site you already have. If your booking path is broken underneath it, we’ll tell you that on the call — a chatbot that walks people to a broken calendar doesn’t help anybody.
What happens when it doesn’t know something?
It says so and hands the question to you rather than guessing. You’d rather it say “that one is for the doctor” than invent an answer, and so would your patients.
Will it annoy people?
It waits to be opened rather than jumping in front of what someone is reading. If they never tap it, they never see it again.
Am I locked into anything?
No. It runs month to month, so it has to keep earning its place every month. It answers on the nights and weekends nobody is at the desk, you approve everything it is allowed to say, and you can read every conversation it has.

Stop losing the midnight ones.

If a chatbot isn’t what you need, we’ll say so.
