Booking-path repair
We fix med spabooking pages.
On 53% of the med spa websites we reviewed in South Carolina, the path from finding the practice to booking an appointment was broken — and nothing about those sites looked broken.
Thirty minutes. I'll show you what I found on your site, and you keep the written report either way.

What is a booking path?
A booking path is every route a patient can take from landing on your website to a confirmed appointment: the button in the menu, the buttons down the homepage, the links on every service page, the tap-to-call number in the footer, and the calendar they all lead to. If any link in that chain is broken, the path is broken — however good the site around it looks.
A patient who hits the break doesn’t tell you about it. She closes the tab and books with the practice whose site worked, which is why a broken path costs bookings for months before anyone notices.
Why med spa websites lose bookings.
Not because they look bad. The sites we reviewed were mostly handsome — and on 53% of them, the booking path failed anyway. The failures repeat:
A calendar behind a login. First-time patients are asked to create an account before they can see a single open time — and at eleven at night on a phone, they don’t.
Links that outlived a redesign. Buttons still wired to a scheduler that was replaced years ago — sometimes to another practice’s.
A tap-to-call link that dials the wrong number. On a phone the printed number is decoration; the link is what dials.
Two booking systems running at once, so some appointments land in a calendar nobody reads.
None of this shows on the page. The design is finished; the wiring under it is what fails, which is why the owners didn’t know.
What the $750 repair includes.
The audit first, free.
We walk every place a patient can try to book — the menu, the homepage, the service pages, the footer, tap-to-call links, forms, and the calendar itself — on a phone and on a desktop, and write up what we find with screenshots. You keep the written report either way.
Every defect in the report repaired.
Broken buttons, dead links, misdialing phone links, duplicate calendars — whatever the report names, on the pages it names, for one flat quote agreed before work starts.
Verified working on your live site.
Each repair is clicked through on real phones before we call it done. If the defects in your report are not repaired and verified working, you owe nothing.
About five business days, design untouched.
Your layout, photography and copy stay exactly as they are, and so does your booking system — Boulevard, Zenoti, Mindbody, Vagaro, Aesthetic Record, whatever you run stays where it is.

If the audit finds nothing broken, there’s nothing to fix and nothing to pay. If it finds something, the quote is the price.

A fix, or a full build?
A fix is enough if
You like your design and patients do too — only the booking is broken.
The problems live in buttons, links and the calendar, not in every page.
Your services and prices are already on the site and still accurate.
You want it handled this week, not this quarter.
You need more than a fix if
You hesitate before sending someone the link.
Patients still call to ask things the site should answer.
Whole pages are missing, wrong, or years out of date.
Nobody has touched it since whoever built it left.
If it’s the second column, a rebuild is the honest recommendation —more on site builds
